What's Included
- All the research: We research your destination so you don’t have to. We find experiences that fit your style and preferences.
- Options: Before we finalize your itinerary you’ll get options. We try to find a few activities at different price points, pick the ones you want. You’ll always have the final say in which accommodations and activities are booked.
- Bookings: We’ll provide suggestions and book your accommodations, activities, and some transportation*. The price of the activities, accommodations, transportation, etc. is not included in our fee.
- Itinerary: A detailed, organized, custom-planned itinerary complete with Google Maps links and confirmation numbers in a downloadable PDF and available on an app.
- Restaurant recommendations: Tell us your group's preferences and restrictions, and we’ll provide several options. *Reservations are not included.

- If you are ready to move forward, we’ll invoice you for our travel planning service.
- You’ll complete a brief survey to share some details with us, and then we’ll schedule a detailed (30-45 minute) call to talk about your trip, and designate a time period for planning, booking, and itinerary delivery.
- You’ll receive our first draft itinerary for your approval, and we can discuss any changes you want to make.
- You’ll authorize us to book your trip on your behalf, and we’ll lock in your trip details. Don't worry we'll have a quick chat to confirm everything before we book anything.
- Once all bookings are made you’ll receive an easy-to-follow itinerary with details and confirmation numbers.
- We'll have a short "Smooth Travels" chat to review your itinerary
- All that’s left is to make it to the airport on time and enjoy your trip!

How did we get our start? Before our first trip to Italy, we contacted a travel agent who told us that they couldn’t help book our trip because what we wanted to do was ambitious but not impossible; it was more of a custom travel plan than a bookable package. They did recommend flying into one location and out of another. We thoroughly enjoyed planning everything for our 18-day trip to Italy. On this trip we stayed in 6 cities and visited 18 cities in total. After that trip we continued to plan every single trip we took, we also helped friends, family, and their friends. We’re often told “That was the best recommendation ever,” or “your recommendation was the highlight of my trip!” And so Twice The Traveler was born.
